2026-01-08 Incident-Injury – Caught Between

An apprentice was replacing a section of handrail that was removed from the stairs leading to the rooftop machine room. After fitting the new pipe to the existing handrail stub to make a measurement, the apprentice tried to pull the pipe pieces apart. When the pipes got stuck together the apprentice pulled harder, smashing a finger between the two pieces.
